During our amazing trip to Canada, my best friend and I took some stunning photos, where I experimented a lot more with scenery and reflections. I tried some more moody style editing and sexy photos.
I love the colours I was editing with, I focused a lot more on shadows and highlight colour tones.
Trying to get perfect detail and focus points is a lot harder on the current camera I have, but I'm trying to learn with any camera I have!

I'm improving on my skin tone colouring, maintaining the same blue/green tone on all the different photos was quite a challenge and lighting changed a lot of the blacks. There are a lot of blues greens and purples in these shots and next time I will focus on maintaining the predominant colour.

Here are some shots from a new model Charley "lohhtuz", I really love the dark moody style from these shots, although not a lot of photos from this shoot, it was a first time shooting this person and there was a time frame (no excuse I know) Next time the confidence is there, I'm still learning to direct models and this wass a bit more of a learning curve, definitely getting better! The skin toning is good and the graffiti backgrounds made it a bit more a challenge to focus out certain colours. All in all, I really loved the colours, location and tattoos really helped the background and give the scene more depth.

This is from one of this years boudoir collection with a friend, I did create a really nice preset from this edit that I named "Pul Fiction" just due to the really nice subtle rose and white tones. Above

This was a really fun shoot with a new model that has never shot before, I've improved my directional skills, telling the models new poses and where and how to stand and pose, although I feel this won't be as relevant to more experienced models, I still think you can never have too much direction and is always helpful for both model and photographer for it to be clear... (continued) ...The whole shoot was to learn how to photograph and edit more with the green backgrounds, something I have previously found difficult! The fade effect on the images gives the darker greens a nicer and less "in your face" look to them. Overall I am very happy with this shoot and the model has since left a glowing review on my social media and was very happy with the outcome!

There was a lot of different colours in this shoot, so it was quite hard to keep the style I've been using in my latest edits, there were a few different colour and lighting edits on this post shoot edit but I'm happy with the different outcomes.

I had a lot of fun on this shoot playing around with reflections and cooler colours and where the day started by throwing a set of dice around 200 times to get the perfect shot! No Photoshop here ;

This had a very Battlefield (the game) style colouring to it, so I focused on amplifying those in the post edit, and was very pleased with the outcome.
